Magic Box is a uniquely crafted analog output stage, custom-designed exclusively for producer, sound engineer, and artist Tunç Çakır and his personal studio, Volt.Age Studio. Only one unit was ever made.
 

Developed for use in both recording and mixing sessions, this device takes inspiration from classic Neve consoles and is built with the highest-grade components to deliver a distinctive analog character in mixes. Designed by Efe Çakır, the Magic Box is a one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for Tunç Çakır and stands as one of the rare pieces in VAEMI’s Custom Series.
 

All components used in the device were meticulously selected—most of them are NOS (New Old Stock), completely unused, and originally manufactured during the golden age of analog audio gear. The audio transformers, in particular, are high-quality custom pieces chosen for their ability to carry the spirit of vintage analog equipment into the modern studio.
 

The Magic Box is designed with flexibility in mind: it can serve as a tone-shaping device within a recording chain or function as a high-end analog summing/output stage. With its rich tonal character and detailed harmonic content, it brings depth and warmth to digital mixing workflows.

The unit is designed as a stereo matched pair, but it can also be used in dual mono mode. It features balanced inputs and outputs, and for seamless integration with modular systems, synthesizers, and drum machines, the front panel includes user-friendly TS/TRS compatible inputs.
