1. When you place an order through the website you are using in the electronic environment, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

3. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs, which are the shipment fees related to the product.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specified qualities in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual if available.

6. In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.


7. If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.


8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment card has been used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs belonging to the seller.


9. If unforeseen reasons arise for the seller and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if paid in cash. If the payment is made by credit card and canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.


10. Before receiving the contracted goods/services, the buyer will inspect them; damaged or defective goods/services will not be accepted from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and sound. The buyer must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.


11. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, without undertaking any legal or penal responsibility, and without giving any reason by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below.

12. If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the service contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.

13. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.

14. To use the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, a written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not be used within the framework of the "Products that the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions regulated in this contract.


15. The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns issued on behalf of corporations cannot be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)

16. Return form, the box of the products to be returned, the packaging, and, if any, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.


17. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them and to take back the goods within 20 days.

18. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the product within the right of withdrawal period.

19. If the campaign limit amount is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal by the SELLER, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.


20. Products that are prepared in line with the buyer's request or explicitly for personal needs and are not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimsuit bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that are at risk of quick deterioration or have a possibility of expiration after delivery, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons when their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products mixed with other products after delivery and inherently cannot be separated, except for those provided under the subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, Instantly delivered services or non-material goods delivered to the consumer, including sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, the return of which is not possible according to the Regulation if their packaging is opened by the BUYER. Additionally, the use of the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period is not possible according to the Regulation.

21. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be returned unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused for a return.


22. If the BUYER defaults on the payment transactions made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the bank, and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; request the BUYER to pay the expenses and attorney's fees incurred, and in any case,

 the BUYER agrees to compensate the damages incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in the performance of the debt.
