CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
1.Orders placed through our website are considered acceptance of the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
2.Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3.Shipping costs (delivery fees) are borne by the buyer.
4.Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 60 days. If delivery is not made within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
5.Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and accompanied by warranty documents and user manuals if applicable.
6.If the sale of a product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days.
2. Non-Payment
7.If the buyer fails to pay for the product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
3. Unauthorized Use of Credit Card
8.If the credit card used for payment is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
4. Force Majeure
9.If unforeseeable force majeure prevents the timely delivery of the product, the buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed. In case of cancellation, payments are refunded within 14 days; for credit card payments, it may take 2–3 weeks for the refund to reach the account.
5. Buyer’s Responsibility to Inspect the Product
10.The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and refuse products that are damaged or have broken packaging. Products accepted are considered undamaged.
11.If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with its invoice.
6. Right of Withdrawal
12.The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the product without providing any reason or assuming any responsibility.

14.The right of withdrawal applies to service contracts only if the service has not yet been performed.
15.When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
7. Return Process and Costs
16.The product to be returned must be delivered complete, undamaged, including its box, packaging, accessories (if any), and invoice.
17.Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
18.After the product shipping cost is calculated, it will be deducted from the refundable amount.
19.If the shipping is not received, the refund will be made after deducting the return shipping cost.
20.The seller will refund the total amount to the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and will collect the product within 20 days.
21.If the value of the product decreases due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller. The buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use during the withdrawal period.
8. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
22.Products made to the buyer’s specifications or personal needs, underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup, single-use products, perishable items, opened books, software, and digital content cannot be returned.
9. Default and Legal Consequences
23.If the buyer defaults on a credit card payment, they agree to pay interest to the bank under the card agreement. The seller may also claim any resulting damages.
10. Payment and Delivery
24.Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to account TR94 0001 0004 8465 8010 4250 01 (TL).
25.Payments can also be made by credit card in a single installment or in multiple installments; the amount will be charged to the card at the end of the order.
